One-page interview brief

Bring essential meeting details, real examples and your questions into one short preparation page.
When to use it
Use once an interview is scheduled. The page does not create calendar invitations or notifications; verify timing from the invitation yourself.
Fill it in four steps
- Check date, time zone, link and meeting format against the invitation. You do not need private access codes in the template.
- Choose two listing expectations and a real example heading for each.
- Separate two employer questions from questions you can answer through research.
- Choose your last preparation action and review time. Use the page as a reminder, not a memorised script.

One draft is kept per template. Each of seven fields allows up to 2,000 characters. Personal text is not translated when changing language. Use Save; there is no autosave. Review marks describe only your own review.
Preview and download use the current form; Save is separate. Downloaded files may contain personal notes. Share buttons share only the public page link. Blank TXT/CSV and bundle ZIP files do not contain your draft.
Blank worksheet structure
These fields are for you to complete. Use the editor above or download the blank file for your own editor. No file upload is performed.

See the structure in an example
- Fictional interview: online introduction for a product-support role.
- Topics: clarifying a query and writing a handover note.
- Actual example headings remain for the user to fill.
- Employer question: how is a transfer to another team decided?
- Last check: reread the invitation’s time zone and link.
Ask yourself before finishing
- Did I verify the time zone rather than guessing?
- Do example headings remind me of specific events?
- Do my questions resolve concrete uncertainty about the role?
