PROFESSION PREPARATION ROUTE
Preparation route for marketing roles

Prepare a work file connecting a campaign objective, a content decision and the limits of measurement.
Separate role types
- Note whether the listing emphasises content, campaigns, research or coordination.
- Separate known product facts from unverified assumptions.
- Ask who will use the expected output.
Choose your own example
- Describe the actual audience for content you prepared.
- Separate your writing, editing or measurement contribution in team work.
- Do not place brand data or client screens in a portfolio without permission.
Explain measurement
- Do not treat impressions, clicks and applications as the same outcome.
- State how the measurement period and missing records affect interpretation.
- A small fictional example is not evidence of market demand or a real campaign success.
Do a small exercise
- Choose one answerable question from the sample campaign table.
- Separate a content idea from the data needed to evaluate it.
- State that the data is fictional and identify what you could not measure.
