Organise a needs question, product explanation and follow-up note using your own real experience.

01

Frame the role

  • Separate new-customer, existing-account and after-sales work in the listing.
  • List product knowledge you have and questions you need to learn.
  • Ask how the target is defined and over what period it is tracked.
02

Needs conversation

  • Write two questions before assuming a customer’s needs.
  • Separate a verified product feature from the customer’s desired outcome.
  • Do not describe a promise outside your authority as an achievement.
03

Explain experience

  • Separate your contribution from a team total and state the period.
  • Do not invent sales ratios or revenue growth you cannot support.
  • Explain one change you learned from a conversation that did not progress.
04

Prepare follow-up

  • Write a brief meeting summary for a fictional need.
  • Separate the agreed action, its owner and the remaining question.
  • Review the message in your own communication tool before sending it.
